Anxiety, Men's Issues, OCD, and Relationship Issues

Great to meet you!

I have practiced privately for eight years specializing in anxiety, depression, life changes, spiritual issues, grief and loss, and relationship/couples counseling. I enjoy providing tools for clients to help manage their anxiety and OCD. Additionally, I have a particular proclivity with men who would not typically seek out therapy or are skeptical of the results. I have extensive experience with Gen X, Millennials, and Gen Y populations.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe that change is possible when a relaxed and non-judgmental climate is created. You will find that climate with me. I will walk beside you during your time of need to help reveal the blind spots that are not always apparent to ourselves. Self-Care and mental health are essential in living a fulfilled life.

What you can expect from our first session

I will unconditionally accept you no matter where you are on your journey. I’ve made my own mistakes and am far from perfect. I want you to know that healing is possible if you want it. I look forward to helping you with a non-judgmental and objective approach in whatever your need may be . I am compassionate and lighthearted which creates a casual, calm atmosphere for therapy. Here’s to healing!
