I am a psychotherapist who is licensed as a clinical social worker in New York and New Jersey. I hold a master's in Social Work from Fordham University Graduate School of Social Service. I am a level 3 trained Certified Internal Family Systems therapist, and am a Somatic Experiencing practitioner. I am also trained as a musician and a bodyworker.

It is a holistic psychotherapeutic approach, that is rooted in the understanding that we are all natural healers. The goal of therapy is to empower you to set into motion your own inner healing ability. ​

I work in a trauma-informed way that honors each person's uniqueness. I have found that "symptoms" were often, at one point, adaptive responses, that deserve to be approached with curiosity and compassion. I would be happy to learn if and how I may support you on your journey.
