I believe that a therapeutic relationship is a collaborative one in which I work together with my clients, using a variety of different modalities, to achieve their goals. I believe in focusing on my clients’ strengths and building their skills to become empowered to live the life they want for themselves.
I have over 10 years of experience working in forensic social work, preventative services, and outpatient mental health clinic settings with a wide range of populations. I’m experienced with integrating cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and psychodynamic techniques with my clients to help them address their treatment goals.
I earned my MSW from New York University and became an LCSW in 2017.
