I believe that everyone has exactly what they need already within them. Many times, through life events, stressors, health crisis, trauma we lose sight of us.

My hope for my clients is that they find this space a place of warmth, kindness, & feel heard. For the past decade I have worked closely with clients going through or supporting someone with a cancer diagnosis. Which brings many facets to the space, therapy is not a one size fits all and I want to always leave room for what feels most authentic to you.

My primary goal is to create a warm, safe and trusting environment. Where we can dive deep, with the hopes you are able to pull away from session with peace of mind.
