Great to meet you!

Hello! I am a licensed psychotherapist. I also hold a license as a substance abuse counselor. I have years of experience working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, and self-esteem issues, as well as those struggling with addiction and their loved ones. I enjoy helping people be kinder to themselves, and to make better choices that move them toward achieving their goals in life.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I utilize a collaborative approach in therapy, with a strong emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I also utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) as well as Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS) to help people recognize unhealthy patterns that make them feel “stuck”. I also focus on the importance of self-care and mindfulness to promote overall wellness.

What you can expect from our first session

Ultimately, I hope to help you recognize your goals and what you will need to do to help you get closer to achieving them. You are worth it!
