Great to meet you!

I am a License Clinical Social Worker (A), License Clinical Addiction Specialist, Certified Clinical Supervisor Intern. I received a BS in Criminal Justice, BS in Psychology, MS in Human Services and MSW. I serve several populations from children to adults. I offer support to individuals to become and maintain the best version of themselves. I strive to achieve this by creating a safe, supportive and empowering environment for all clients.

A bit about my approach to therapy

As a counselor, I work from a person-centered approach to therapy, partnering with you to meet you where you are, leverage individual strengths and identify areas of growth and resilience. Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery. In our sessions. I aim to create a healthy rapport with clients, free of bias and judgement.

What you can expect from our first session

I always start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We’ll work together to figure this out! I strive to create a welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make these goals a reality for you.
