Great to meet you!

I use CBT to empower clients to understand themselves and their relationships deeply. In addition to medication management, I conduct thorough evaluations to address ADHD/ADD symptoms as they relate to underlying issues such as depression, anxiety, or other mental health concerns. This holistic approach ensures that patients receive personalized care tailored to their specific needs. In-office visits are for out-of-network clients, and telehealth is an option for Headway clients.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Focused on young adults, youth, and adolescents, my practice caters to clients grappling with fears and uncertainty about starting medication. The approach involves specialized support through cognitive and behavioral therapy, considering safe medication only if necessary. I advocate for low medication doses and maintain frequent follow-ups, prioritizing a cautious approach in the best interest of the patients.
