Here's the thing: life can be hard. The most ordinary and even the most fortunate lives feature times of uncertainty, loss, and difficulty, and that doesn't even go to situations of chronic stress or trauma. At times we need support to move through this, and that's where I come in.
My approach to psychotherapy is integrative, warm and compassion-focused. Sometimes that means I'm listening, noticing and reflecting, sometimes I'm asking questions and offering suggestions or bringing in tools and practices. My process is respectful, curious, and creative.
