I am a trained Marriage and Family Therapist who works from a strength-based approach to help guide you to your goals. I am heavily interested in working with individuals who need support working through childhood trauma, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, family issues, and work-related stress. I work with young adults and elderly Queer POC. I work closely with parents working on parenting skills, feelings, as well as emotions that come up as a parent.

You can often find me challenging you, listening to you, laughing with you, bearing feelings of sadness, joy, happiness, and frustrations with you in our sessions. To truly explore who you are, your experience, how you take care of yourself, and how those experiences affect you, I find it better for us to have a therapeutic connection. This may look like us holding virtual sessions outdoors, role-playing, practicing skills, practicing mindfulness, and more.

I truly believe that as humans, we all struggle to manage some of these emotions, and we are all more than capable of overcoming them and connecting more with ourselves by doing so. A lot of the experiences we have today may come from childhood trauma, experiences we’ve had in our relationships, or even oppressions we have faced in the world. I work to guide you through a trauma-informed lens to help you gain a better understanding of your emotions and your experiences to help you heal.
