Therapy is a wonderful way to become more present in your relationships, be emotionally resilient when times are tough, and approach life in a curious and kind way.
Since 2008, yoga and mindfulness have been my constant companions through life transitions, career changes, and motherhood. Through these practices, I was able to gain a deep understanding of myself and the world around me. I had more compassion, fun, and inner peace.
One of the most beautiful aspects of life is that we create the meaning in our lives; which puts us in the driver’s seat and in control of our happiness.
In session, I am here to guide you through the process of therapy and creating positive, impactful change in your life. I provide a relaxed, safe, and non-judgmental space for you to share your thoughts, experiences, and emotions. We will work together to help you create and achieve practical and attainable goals.
I am also a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, and have had the honor of practicing yoga in the United States, Korea, and Japan. My specialties include yoga-informed therapy, DBT, and teaching mindfulness techniques.
