I am a compassionate and nondirective therapist. We will only process what you feel comfortable with and establish a foundation for working on heavier issues only when you are ready, and we have laid the framework. I use EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strengths Based Therapy, and Trauma Focused Therapy. I have training in EMDR and Cognitive Processing Therapy for trauma.
