Great to meet you!

My name is Kimberly. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor in Georgia. I am a brain cancer survivor, a person who is blind, and who has multiple disabilities. I have worked in the counseling field for over 15 years. I specialize in disability and chronic illness as well as Christian counseling and working with the military and their family members. I focus on teaching resilience and coping skills. I want to help you become a victor rather than a victim!

A bit about my approach to therapy

I provide a warm, accepting enviroment for people to open up and share their deepest concerns. I work with people to set concrete goals to improve their situation and assist them as they walk out the steps to achieve these goals.

What you can expect from our first session

I often give homework at the end of each session and work to set time oriented goals for each week of therapy.
