I enjoy working with adults to address concerns related to depression, traumatic experiences, self-esteem, and body image. My therapeutic approach aims to empower Black and Brown folks to embrace their cultural identities and process racial trauma.

In 2018, I completed my Master of Social Work degree at Howard University. Currently, I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker and provide services in Ohio.

I view each client based on their individual needs and experiences to maintain a holistic and personalized approach to their concerns. My job is not to tell you what to do. My role is to equip you with tools that help you make the decisions that are best for you. Therapy is a journey. You are the driver and I will come along for the ride.
