Great to meet you!

I'm ready to help you find your way forward. I'd like to describe my style as conversational and informed in a lot of experience with different therapy models. I want to focus on building a solid relationship with my clients so they feel safe to talk about what's going on with someone who won't just through a bunch of clinical jargon at them along the way. This can be tough work, but I hope to help you have a little fun while you figure things out.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Clients have the choice of processing what is going on and also skill development. I have resources that I can share and we can review so these skills can be used to address the issues they want to face. I may have experience and knowledge in this field, but the client is the expert in what they want to work on and how they want to do that. I'm here to listen and facilitate that plan.

What you can expect from our first session

I hope that my clients can recognize they are doing the best they can, and talking with someone is a part of the process of their growth. We are going to tackle tough topics and there will be mixed emotions, and also these feelings show that they are trying to do something different. I'm here to support that work.
