Great to meet you!

I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space for clients to be themselves and fully engage in the therapeutic experience. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, and ADHD. Many of the individuals I work with have difficulty managing their feelings, keeping their thoughts organized, and achieving positive change. My goal for my clients is to help them identify what is challenging them and develop a plan to achieve that positive change they are seeking.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have an eclectic and interpersonal approach to psychotherapy. I typically use psychological approaches such as CBT, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. However, I am flexible in my therapeutic approach to clients and can mold my counseling techniques to match each client’s unique needs.

What you can expect from our first session

My clients can expect a safe place to work on themselves to their greatest extent. My approach is direct and inviting to build a meaningful relationship with each individual. My clients are so important to me and you will receive my undivided attention. I do my very best to make myself available in emergency situations and to prioritize my clients' needs.
