You may be experiencing anxiety and depression; a life, relationship or career transition, perhaps retirement and its challenges; you may want to improve your communications within a relationship or work on other couples issues, such as rebuilding trust. You may be wrestling with sexual identity questions, or other issues of identity that may have emerging. If you are here and are searching through therapists' profiles, there is a part of you that wants to make things happen for yourself, to create change, to make things better. I am ready to provide a safe and empathetic space for you to explore what could be.
I offer a safe space in which you can explore your own beliefs and behaviors, and can in the safety of the therapeutic environment, embody your present way of seeing yourself, and “try on” new ways. While awareness is important, just knowing something does not lead to change; your own embodied experience of possibility can allow something new to emerge.
Therapy will work best for you when you feel a sense of safety in the therapy environment; I embrace this truth and will be with you in a focused, empathetic and judgment-free way, as we embark together on your important journey of exploration and growth.
