Great to meet you!

Hello, and congratulations on exploring options for therapy and healing.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 12 years of experience, specializing in individual therapy for adults navigating life transitions. I support clients facing a variety of challenges, including mental health symptoms, new medical diagnoses, substance use, care-giving demands, financial stress, grief and loss, and self-doubt. My goal is to help you find balance and resilience during these times.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe that therapy should be a safe, collaborative space where clients feel empowered to make decisions that most align with their values and needs. My approach is rooted in creating a non-judgmental environment where individuals can explore their thoughts and feelings, gain insight, and develop strategies for positive change.

What you can expect from our first session

I offer teletherapy sessions on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, following an initial assessment session where we collaboratively set goals and discuss what therapy will look like. I am committed to providing a space where you can fully express yourself and work towards meaningful, lasting outcomes. Together, we will foster growth and empower you to lead a more fulfilling life.
