I also specialize in working with trauma/PTSD, and approach my work through a client-centered, anti-oppressive, and trauma informed lens. I use a compassionate and non-judgmental approach to affect change. I utilize elements of psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and mindfulness. I'm also in the process of becoming certified in Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing.
