I provide therapy to adults, working from a person-centered approach which allows clients to feel heard and respected. Clients are always their own personal expert. My approach to therapy is always supportive and respectful and strength-based.
I specialize in working with the LGBTQIA+ Community. Much of my career I’ve been working with underserved populations. I have also worked with clients in coping with concerns such as depression, and anxiety to name a few.
A bit about my approach to therapy
I typically use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and/or Solution-Focused Therapy when working with clients.
What you can expect from our first session
I have a very laid back approach to therapy. I provide compassion during sessions and I like to approach therapy like a conversation so that it takes some of the pressure off of the client.
