A bit about my approach to therapy

Kathryn's approach to therapy draws on her 5 years of post-graduate training in psychoanalysis. She believes people are motivated by unconscious forces that can be illuminated through therapy. Patients are encouraged to reflect on early and current experiences and relationships and explore their impact on self-concept and wellbeing. Psychodynamic psychotherapy is an especially good fit for those struggling with long-term, recurrent problems and those who wish to expand their psychic life.
