Are you struggling with chronic pain, trauma, anxiety, or the burdens of chronic stress? If you answered “yes” to any of these, you have come to the right place. I have been Board Certified in Biofeedback since 1995 (BCIA certified). I have worked in hospitals and in private practice with persons having any condition that is created by, or exacerbated by, an imbalance in the autonomic nervous system. I know chronic pain, and trauma, both personally and as a clinician. I know how to help.

Using body-centered and mindfulness-based approaches you will learn how to regulate your autonomic nervous system and your symptoms. We will work to gently release stored stress and trauma from the nervous system. You will learn practical skills that will easily integrate into your life for years to come. My approach is holistic, compassionate, and effective. Looking for help is a courageous first step in the journey. None of us is meant to do it alone.

Our collaboration aims to provide you with the tools to manage and reduce, or eliminate, your symptoms. On the first session you will be ranking physical, mental, and emotional symptoms on a scale of 1 - 10 and letting me know which are the most important to you to work on. As we move through the sessions you will be re-ranking those symptoms as we work to dramatically lower those numbers.
