My clients are seeking a change, and I am excited to be part of their journey. If you are struggling with anxiety and life stressors, I can help you build holistic coping skills to move from paralysis to tackling your goals. I believe it is important to support the whole client, which includes being aware of the impacts of our social and cultural environments, and considering how best to empower clients to make the changes within those contexts.

A bit about my approach to therapy

We can define and prioritize your short and long term goals, and then develop steps to accomplish them. We will identify and build on your own strengths and experiences, while utilizing a combination of both traditional cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), assertive communication skills, and holistic wellness approaches (mindfulness, breath practice, yoga, Emotional Freedom Technique) in order to address anxiety, trauma, depression, stress management, time management, and relationship issues.

We will break down what didn't work for you in the past week, and figure out how to utilize new self-care, coping, and communication skills in order to make it go better in the future!
