Great to meet you!

I am a psychotherapist with over 16 years experience working with people who have a mental health diagnosis and those going through life transitions. I work regularly with young people who are experiencing life transitions. Most importantly, I spent 13 years training in queer clinical spaces - I work with people exploring gender and sexuality in an affirming and validating way.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I work collaboratively with clients.

I am certified or have extensive training in DBT, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, CBT, ACT, Relational Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, HAES (Health at Every Size), and parts work.

Based on your needs, and my clinical training, we may commit to one clinical approach or use an eclectic approach.

What you can expect from our first session

I want you to feel seen and heard. If you were previously in therapy, we will discuss what has worked well in the past, and what felt lacking. We will map out an approach to meet your needs based. I will provide information on options in detail.
