I have been practicing mental health therapy since 2013 and have been independently licensed since 2015. My clients are often experiencing trauma symptoms, or mood-related issues like depression and anxiety.
A bit about my approach to therapy
I find the best approach is as individual as each of my clients; I frequently utilize cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness exercises, emphasizing self-care, while also keeping focus on motivations and goals.
