Great to meet you!

As your therapist, I will provide a safe, genuine and inclusive place for you to speak your own narrative. I believe everyone has their own unique experiences worthy of being heard. If you are currently experiencing challenging times, I am here to help you cope, grow and reach your full potential. Together, we can explore what overwhelms, disempowers and makes you feel unsafe. I will encourage you to be curious about yourself, find balance and empower your authentic being.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I work through humanistic and a person-centered lens, am eclectic and work with a variety of approaches to best suit the needs of the client. I specialize in family of origin issues, cultural bias, immigration hardships/adjustment, experience with systems of oppression and identity formation.

What you can expect from our first session

As an immigrant and woman of color, it’s important for me to work and support the BIPOC and LQBTQIA communities. I practice with a multiculturally sensitive and inclusive approach, including offering sessions in English and Spanish. I am committed to a non-judgmental and empathetic environment that allows for comfort and understanding in your experiences.
