I use a multi-faceted approach to treatment and tailor it down to best suit your needs. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy along with Mindfulness, and Meditation practices. I am spiritually and culturally sensitive and trauma informed. I will provide a relaxed, collaborative, and safe environment for you to begin your transformation journey.
I’m native New Yorker, born and raised in Queens, BIPOC identified and proud of my immigrant roots. Because of my own eclectic background, inclusivity is paramount to my practice.
