You know how sometimes we examine our situation and wonder how it is that we got here? In examining our current state we can experience a mixture of emotions: fear, frustration, and a longing for something different. This is normal. However, sometimes these feelings can become more overwhelming than we would like, and they begin to affect us in different areas of our life such as work, family, and relationships.

I work closely with men and women facing various challenges, including how to deal with grief, a complicated relationship, family, work, and societal problems. My approach to healing combines traditional therapies with holistic approaches, while drawing on the individual’s spiritual practices and developing new coping strategies.
