As a mother, significant other, sister and clinician, I better than anyone understand the need to be able to speak to someone to assist in validating feelings and concerns. I have been a psychotherapist for over 6 plus years. I have extensive experience in working with clients to reduce anxiety, better manage ones symptoms, and address past traumas.

Karen Taylor graduated with a Bachelors of Arts from Syracuse University and a Master’s in Social Work from Adelphi University.

Life has its challenges and my goal is to create a safe judgement free space for people to address their concerns.

I am deeply committed to providing the best, most dignified treatment possible to a client population that is often stigmatized and without hope. I hope to continue address recovery in the context of mental health, addiction recovery and individualized care.
