My role as a therapist is to help you access those parts of yourself that are hurt or lost and help you understand the dynamics that prevent you from moving forward. Working together in a safe and nonjudgmental space, we will explore these issues and help you harness your inner strength and resilience.
I have experience working with people of all age groups and backgrounds that struggle with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship difficulties. I use a variety of treatment modalities to develop a collaborative plan that works for each individual.
