Dr. Morrison

Asking for help is difficult but is the first step towards feeling better. You may have noticed that issues arise in different scenarios, despite your best efforts. Psychological problems and pain can hamper work, romantic relationships, and many other aspects of life. Therapy can help you understand the roots of these issues. I am a psychoanalytically-trained psychotherapist and psychiatrist who helps people work through their longstanding issues to develop lasting change. My style is open-ended, warm, and inquisitive. I prescribe medications when necessary.

Additionally, I have experience working with women before, during, and after pregnancy.

I am a board-certified psychiatrist. I trained in adult psychiatry at Northwell Health and then completed a fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at NYU. I have additional psychotherapy training from the Psychoanalytic Association of New York.

I look forward to hearing from you.
