As a therapist, I work hard to create a safe, non-judgmental place for people to honestly examine their problems and develop the skills and behaviors that help them move forward with their lives. My approach is one of respect and warmth, as well as attention to the dignity of every person. Many of my clients have gone through traumatic or disorienting experiences, and struggle with depression, anxiety, or other debilitating emotional problems. I strive to be there to support each individual as they rebuild stronger than before.
