I have experience working with client's on depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, LGB populations, trauma and women's issues. My professional background includes serving as an Executive Director, a medical social worker and a mental health therapist. I graduated with my Bachelor's Degree from Western Michigan University. I am a graduate of Eastern Michigan University with a Master's Degree in Social Work.

I believe in providing clients with a safe and nonjudgmental environment to explore feelings and address challenges in life. I recognize the importance of working collaboratively to help you achieve your goals. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and the practice of mindfulness.
