A bit about my approach to therapy

My expertise is in helping adolescents and adult men effectively overcome challenges with emotional wellness, relationships, and to develop a strong core in a changing and often confusing society for a man's role. Together, we will implement strategies to optimize wellness, relationship satisfaction and overall life fulfillment.

Together, we will works towards your development of compensatory skills to effectively manage challenges related to neurodivergence and emotional regulation difficulties. I will help you strengthen competency, build resilience and foster coping skills.
