A bit about my approach to therapy

I provide medication management, brief cognitive behavioral therapy, supportive listening, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing in my practice.

I'm non-judgement, and very down to earth. I believe that complete recovery is possible for most conditions when including individual psychotherapy and medication to one's treatment plan.
