I am a national certified trauma professional, and also specialize in anxiety and depression. Please call 909-727-2577 for therapy inquiries.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I work with individuals and couples through patterns of unhealthy thoughts & feelings, I also support with possible attachment issues stemming from the past. I will provide you with tools to support with managing better communication and emotional healing. In my work with you, I will assist you to uncover what has held you back from moving forward in your life by assisting with your awareness, challenging unhealthy patterns among other supportive techniques.

What you can expect from our first session

We will collaborate on creating goals that will best support you and not just with your current feelings but with your deeper emotional wounds. You will learn how to better take care of yourself when you are feeling triggered. You will learn to utilize your voice to stand your ground and stand affirmative by your feelings. You will learn to let go of the things you cannot control, and shift your focus. Most of all learn to accept and care for yourself.
