My practice embodies emotional & behavioral self-regulation, psychodynamic, attachment, CBT, relational, motivational, trauma-informed, strength-based as well as nature & mindfulness techniques. There are a variety of different approaches that I have training in, but together we will find what works best for you!
I have experience supporting, holding, cultivating a safer space with individuals from different back grounds and family configurations, ethnic/racial, spiritual, LGBTQI.
