My approach to healing is integrative and tailored to your unique needs, ensuring a holistic and comprehensive exploration of your life experiences. I combine EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Parts work, Somatic interventions, and Polyvagal Theory along the journey of self-discovery or re-discovery.
