I earned my Master's degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, from San Diego State University.

I practice from a trauma-informed, strength-based, social justice perspective. I specialize in treating sexual issues, the LGBTQIA+ and non-monogamous communities. I am grateful to have the opportunity to help my clients become the version of themselves they wish to be.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have foundational training in multi-systemic and multi-cultural therapy. I am kind yet direct and open-minded. Overall, I use a holistic approach with clients to tailor treatment to meet their goals.

What you can expect from our first session

You can expect to feel heard, validated and understood. We will highlight the goals you wish to meet early in therapy and take routes to get there. I will provide you will tools in which to meet you mental health goals. I will also take the time to get to know your story and how best to support you on your journey.
