Great to meet you!

Finding the right therapist can be difficult. I have over 15 years of experience in the field of mental health and integrated holistic approaches. As a child. I was interested in the mind, medicine, and alternative healing. I was eager to learn about these topics and devoured myself in literature on these topics. Very spiritually driven as a child, I began my lifelong path of helping others. From a very young age I understood that the mind and body are connected.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My passion is working with individuals who face challenges with depression, anxiety, trauma, anger, life transitions, family issues, women's health, living with chronic illness/pain, attachment/relationships, healthy communication/boundaries, addictions/substance abuse, ACOA issues, parenthood & survivors of sexual abuse/assault, DV, and narcissistic abuse. I also work with couples.

What you can expect from our first session

Life presents challenges that can be difficult to manage. Within a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental environment, I will collaboratively work with you to identify your goals. We will address the stressors that may manifest into depression, anxiety, and interpersonal conflict, focusing on self compassion and motivation, and positive coping strategies.
