Great to meet you!

I graduated from the University of Southern California in 2018 with my Masters in Clinical Social Work with a special focus in trauma and military social work. I show up authentically as myself to every session and encourage the same for my clients. My life experiences and focus has taken me down a path of helping military families and members get grounded and functioning together again. My passion is to give back a peaceful life to those who sacrificed so much for others.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Whether it be anxiety or the experience of a traumatic event, I am here to walk beside those who are ready to learn and healthily work through those issues. I believe we all have a purpose, and when provided the right guidance and clarity, can learn to overcome any challenge. I focus in a humanistic manner to help my clients as a whole in whatever way they need in that moment.

What you can expect from our first session

A first session with me is always focused on getting to know each other and the area of focus in which the client would like to begin to process or change in their life. I ensure there are coping skills if needed to help take it one day at a time through this journey. By the following sessions we will work through goals and areas of change while working together to implement this into daily life.
