Jessica McLymont is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida. She obtained her master in mental health counseling from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Florida Atlantic University. She has worked with clients ranging in ages from children to adults and has expertise in both individual and group psychotherapy.

Jessica is utilizing scientifically researched based methods that are evidenced to result in long-term change and improved mental health such as cognitive behavioral therapy. Jessica has worked in numerous therapeutic settings including community counseling agencies and crisis stabilization units.

Jessica provides an empathetic and supportive therapeutic environment to clients experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, self-esteem concerns, relationship conflict, and difficult life transitions. Jessica strives to help clients overcome their struggles and achieve their desired goals.
