I specialize in adolescents and adults who are experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression and trauma. I help individuals to verbalize feelings that are otherwise difficult to express using creative arts therapy and counseling. My passion is to help individuals who are going through tough transitions in their lives to empower them and give them extra support. Through expressive arts and verbal processing, I help individuals to improve their communication and make positive changes for themselves. In my sessions, I am warm, supportive, motivating and encouraging.
In session, we work together to help verbalize thoughts through creative arts and counseling. I use art and verbalization as a fun tool to help individuals empower themselves and express emotions in a safe way, that is often times difficult to express and gain insight to situations that are holding them back from positive change.
In difficult times we need support and sometimes it can be difficult to reach out to others in those times. Art can be a great way to communicate and feel less isolated in our difficulties.
