Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Jessie! I am an LCSW that has worked in private practice for four years and mental health for eight years. I specialize in neurodivergent populations, mood and personality disorders, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, life adjustments, and trauma. I know that often our goal is not to be a perfect ten every day, but maybe just a notch or two better. I aim to challenge client's negative cognitions into more positive versions that they wish to believe and attain for themselves.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is to be a supportive passenger providing helpful direction and tools while you remain in the driver's seat. I believe in leading from behind.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect an authentic and relational approach. I aim to make therapy feel like two people grabbing coffee, all while maintaining healthy boundaries. I offer both in person and virtual sessions.
