I provide a safe, calming space to begin the exploration of the internal and external factors that impact your beliefs, as well as, the feelings, behaviors, and relationships associated with those beliefs. We will gain awareness of any limiting core beliefs or relationship patterns that are no longer helpful. Together, we reframe these beliefs, if necessary, into more beneficial and realistic beliefs. We will also identify new behaviors to try out for ourselves and within relationships.
