You don’t have to just take the meds I tell you to. Working with me means shared decision making when you have the information that you need to make a choice. When you feel good about your treatment, it’s more effective (and usually works faster!). And I always combine therapy + medications to ensure you get the most out of our time together. But just to be clear, if meds are NOT an option for you then I'm probably not your doc. The reason to see me is because I provide meds AND therapy!
