Many of my clients come to me with trauma, issues with confidence, self-esteem, depression, relationship issues, and anxiety. Their needs are primarily coping skills, validation, self-compassion, communication skills, ways to relieve stress and anxiety, and maintenance. Some goals include self-discovery, self-reflections, confidence in their skin and around others, and gaining confidence in decision making.
A bit about my approach to therapy
My clients usually want someone to hear them out and offer a new unbiased perspective into their lives. As your counselor, I want to help you become the expert in your own life. I will love to be a part of your journey if you allow me. You are not alone.
What you can expect from our first session
I can offer a compassionate listening ear, psychoeducation on various topics, coping skills, honest feedback, and a safe space. I am genuine, flexible, understanding, and non-judgmental. Knowing that one size does not fit all, I make every client a treatment plan that is unique to them. I like to remind my clients that they are human deserving. and worthy.
