Great to meet you!

Since 2015, I have worked with various populations and have a diverse background including in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness skills to combat depression, anxiety, life transitions, coping with stress, etc.

A bit about my approach to therapy

As a therapist, I use a holistic and positive approach to help you identify your desires and empower you to make those positive changes in your life. I understand that making the decision to seek help can be difficult, so I use an approach that is compassionate, direct, and non-judgmental to help create an environment where you feel supported in your counseling journey.

What you can expect from our first session

My client usually tell me after one session, they feel relaxed, safe and encouraged. Building a rapport and providing a safe, comfortable setting while hearing your story is a priority in my person centered approach. As trust builds, we will move towards your desire outcomes though positive self talk, accountability and purpose.
