Great to meet you!

Welcome to therapy! I am an ARMY Veteran who left the military to pursue a career in the helping profession. I have a Masters Degree from Syracuse University and have practiced at the Syracuse VA Medical Center as a LCSW working with our nations heros. I have a passion working with couples and individuals with persistent mental illness.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Client centered and trauma informed care is something I am very passionate about. I believe each individual has the ability to heal themselves with the gentle guidance of a skilled therapist. Although I have many evidence based approaches I use during therapy, the client will always drive the session in the direction they are comfortable with.

What you can expect from our first session

You can expect to feel validated, understood, and ready for the path forward. This work is about partnership and building a therapeutic relationship. Let me help you, help yourself reach your goals.
