Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing individual psychotherapy in New York City and Westchester County. I work with individuals from diverse backgrounds challenged with trauma, anxiety, addiction, grief, interpersonal relationships and life transitions. I take a person-centered approach to therapy, offering collaboration in goal setting and establishing an individualized treatment plan to target your needs.

A bit about my approach to therapy

The core modalities I use throughout my practice are EMDR, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Mindfulness. At our initial session, we will lay out issues that brought you to therapy and set a plan for treatment. Sessions will be 45-60 minutes long, with a check-in/review at the start of each visit. We will end the visit outlining intentions for the next session.

What you can expect from our first session

An essential element to therapy is safety. My goal is to create a safe environment to help you identify your strengths and change maladaptive thoughts or behaviors that are holding you back from being your authentic self. We will explore coping, emotional regulation, and communication styles.
