You think you're handling things, but then somewhere along the way, you've lost your grip. You can't sleep, you can't calm yourself down, and it seems like everyday stress deeply impacts you. You've tried but you can't reason with your thoughts. You know they're dark, or dramatic, or too anxious, but you can't seem to stop the cycle. Maybe it's impacting you internally only.
